[Payment and Deposit without bank account]
1.The methods of payment to K-Shop : Deposit without ACC, Online bank transfer, Credit card, PayPal, WeChat.

1. Vegetables could be damaged by dry ice used for packaging, therefor please refrain from ordering frozen products when you placing order vegetables.
In case of damage to vegetable products other than the delivery company's negligence or delivery delay, Please understand it will be changed to point however re-sending or refund are not possible.
2. When exchange or return are possible -If you inform us the damage of items within 2 days from the date of receipt of the product (such as products that are damaged, misdelivered, or expired)

5. In case you don’t want redelivery the items after return
