[Payment and Deposit without bank account]

1.The methods of payment to K-Shop : Deposit without ACC, Online bank transfer, Credit card, PayPal, WeChat.
2. The purchase price of the product must be transferred to K-shop by deposit without ACC :  Online banking, Internet banking. It may take 2-3 working days depend on the bank.
3. Please make sure to use your order number as reference, it is recommended to use the bank card with the same name as the purchaser. In case the name of purchaser differs from that of payer,  please email us (infor@k-shop.eu).
4. If we cannot receive payment in 7days after placing order, the order will be automatically cancelled without notice.
5. If the order amount is big, the card company may call you for confirmation. If they found the card was stolen or other person’s card and the order was abnormal, it might be suspended or cancelled.

Delivery company : UPS
Delivery Area : EU countries and Germany
Delivery Fee : EU countries(It will be charged by weight automatically.) , In Germany basic fee : €4.90( if you place order over €60.00, delivery charge is free.)
Delivery schedule: Every Monday to Thursday (If the payment is confirmed after Thursday, the delivery will be made from the Monday in order.)
Delivery time: Germany- Normally 1-2working days, other places – 2-4working days.( it might be deferent depending on the areas.)

[Shipping Instructions]

1. At the time of delivery the name of the recipient and post box name or bell name must be same(English name). If there are 2 names please notify.
2. If the delivery address is student accommodation, please inform us of exact address including room number.
3. In the case of overseas delivery, you must also advise the building's entrance password so that shipping company may access.
4. In the case of locating from the UPS pick up Point, the same person as the recipient must confirm receipt. If there is a problem or change in the receipt, you must inform the carrier directly
5. If you need to make notes to Currier Company, It will be forwarded to Currier Company.
    The telephone service of the delivery staff is not main duty, so it is not possible to ask for a phone call or specify the time.
    When printing the UPS label, the invoice number is automatically sent to the customer by email, labeling the box and loading on the UPS vehicle is around 5pm.
    After that, it is possible to check the location of the product by tracking number on the email. If you would like to change any information please contact Currier Company directly.
6. Occasionally, the delivery of a product may be delayed depending on the product type (refrigerated, frozen, home appliances), and some products may differ from the photo due to the manufacturer's packaging change and capacity change.
