[Refund policy] (Damage / Wrong Delivery / Missing /Partial Damage)

1. Refunds will be proceeding within 4 working days after confirmation of return
2. When refunding, Please make sure to inform us your account details by e-mail (info@k-shop.eu)
3. For missing delivery / wrong delivery / damage, etc., please open the box, check the goods, take a picture and send it to us by email (info@k-shop.eu)
4. In case of damage during transportation, please take a picture and send the picture by e-mail as UPS needs a picture to provide evidence.

[How to use discount coupon]

1. At the event, the coupon code is activated a certain period. It must be used within the period, or automatically expires after the period.
2. All coupons cannot be used with other coupons, so only one coupon must be used in same time.
3. There are 2 different types of coupons: one is for all customers and the other is for some customers.

[Frankfurt's quick delivery] (Quick delivered by our own van every Fridays and Saturdays) 

1. Customers who are resident of  Frankfurt  place order more than €80.00 (delivery charges: €5.00)
2. The orders have confirmed payment by 10 am on Friday (Credit card and PayPal can be checked immediately. bank transfers can be confirmed after 2 days)
3. Quick delivery service to your door on the designated day (Friday, late afternoon on Saturdays)
4. Please give us the correct mobile phone number that can be contacted by delivery staff (the delivery driver will call you)
5. Please note that it is not possible to face-to-face (due to COVIC 19), so please specify a note when ordering a delivery location (such as Google location ) we are not going to inside of building.
6. If we cannot contact you on the delivery date. It will not be delivered. (We will attempt to call you 3 times and if you do not answer them, we will send it by courier)

[Membership points and Usage]

1. When purchasing €1.00,  you will earn 1 point . (Each product may have different point settings.)
2. 1point is worth €0.01 of cash. (It is automatically calculated as 1/100 of the purchase amount, but less than the decimal point is cut.)
3. The validity period of a point is 1 year from the date of creation, and then automatically expires.
4. You cannot earn the points if you the purchase items with points.
5. If we accumulate the point manually due to product misdelivery / missing or damage, the point will be accumulated a little more than 1/100.
6. When you use point, it can be used within the limit of accumulated points from 130 point.
